Boot Camps are group exercise classes that incorporate
dumbbells, kettlebells, calisthenics, running, obstacle
courses and core strengthening to whip your body into
shape. While many boot camps exist, the Body Focus Boot
Camp is unique. It follows the FFIT (Functional Fitness &
Interval Training) System, the program developed by Kevin
Freeland, who is certifed by the National Health Educators
(NHE Level 3 Master Trainer), USA Weightlifting (Level 1
Sports Performance Coach). He is trainer to celebrities,
professional athletes, and hundreds of Valley residents.
